I guess the things to come must be horrible because this episode was so full og treets!

Season three was overall a huge treat. I remembered why the third book is my favorite in the series and how much I love the unlikely character combinations it contains.

I wasn't around much lately so I didn't have the time to write much about the individual episodes and now it is too late to catch up, but I'm watching and I love what they are doing for the most part.

I especially like how they are working with the Jaime and Brienne storyline, which is prompting me to write about those two and why I find them so intriguing.

I'm so addicted to this show! I finally managed to get into the Borgias too and while it's good and a lot more enjoyable than Tudors, Game of Thrones just makes everything else look a bit pale beside it. So much cool stuff this episode.

Ok, good stuff! Don't know how the people new to this are seeing it but I thought this was the first episode, where we seemed to be past introductions, where we start to see layers of the characters and also where some meta messages are served.

Can't really help but review, even if I should do other things. I've been waiting for this show for years after all. I decided to do two versions of this review, because I'd like to comment on forshadowing and future events in the books, but I also desperately want to discuss the show with all of you, who have not read the books and are fresh to the story. So there's going to be a spoilery and a non-spoilery version of this review.

I'm still burried in work, but I just had to take the time for a little uncoordinated  squee. The Game of Thrones show turned out wonderful! Yes, there's lot's of that's not how I imagined it going around but all in all they did an amazing job. I love the opening credits with all the little clockwork castles!

I also like most of the cast. I always imagined Ned to be more of a bookkeeper type, but Boromir works fine. The children are pretty much all awesome. Tyrion is fantastic and Daenerys and Viserys are pretty much perfect. Can't  wait for the next episode even though I know how it will play out.

I need a tag, I need an icon and I need some coms, stat.
