Mar. 12th, 2020 04:58 pmThe Corona virus is spreading rapidly in my area in the last few days. We are very close to italy and apparently it spread badly in skiing resorts and on student parties.
I don't like to admit it but I am scared. In Italy people are dying because they do not have enough intensive care units and the way it looks now, by next week things could look here in Innsbruck like they do in northern italy. The university closed down for students and they are closing down schools next week. I honestly hope it helps but I fear things will get a lot worse before they get better again. I am really scared for my eldery parents and my asthmatic sister. And for the first time in my life, I really would like to have a car, so I can get groceries to them without having to use public transport.
