Frankly, polls have been all over the place, but the Tories have so much money, and have used a lot of it sneakily on FB and elsewhere online, so my hopes are low. It's all horribly depressing.

It is. It is basically the same here. We have our election in October and things look like we will go down the right wing drain badly.

I just hope by the time my son is five there will be a decent public school system left.

At the moment it's looking better than I could have hoped. I'm trying to beat down the hope, though. It's too painful.

I'm watching and that exit poll really does look promising. I too doubt it will hold, but I think it really looks like May is going to lose seats at least.
